Taiwan-based premium smartphone maker HTC plans to go into the Indian market in August by launching new products, per supply. the corporate closed all operations within the country when it’s South Asia head and in-charge of India business Faisal Siddiqui resigned last year.
“HTC is creating a comeback to India when a spot of over a year and is about to launch a replacement flagship series in the next few days. it’s set to supply several firsts within the smartphone trade with the new launch in line with its gift of firsts,” a supply aware about the development told PTI.
HTC U11 and its advanced latest version of the last smartphones that the Taiwanese firm launched in India on February 2018. per the supply, HTC can sell smartphones in India through a world distribution network.

HTC can sell its new device in India through In one,” the supply the same.
While HTC had been a pioneer of the many technologies within the smartphone section, it couldn’t gain sufficient market share for its sustenance in India. HTC had but 1 percent market share in the overall smartphone section and fewer than a pair of percent in premium smartphone section in India in 2017, per numerous estimates.
